Privacy & Terms

We do not collect anything about you. There are no accounts, no logins, and no player database — so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to delete, because no record of you exists anywhere.

There are no advertisements in our games or on this site, and there never will be. We do not use analytics, tag managers, pixels, cookies, or third-party software development kits. Your progress and settings live on your own device.

One thing leaves the device, in SynAPPsium only: the question you were asked and the answer you typed, sent to be graded, with nothing that identifies you attached. That is the whole list, and it is explained in full below.

This site has no forms, no search box, no newsletter signup, and no comment fields. It sets no cookies and loads nothing from anyone else's servers — the fonts and images are served from this site itself. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If you want to send a page to a friend, use the copy-link button. The link goes only where you paste it; we are not told about it.

Our host keeps ordinary server records needed to deliver the site securely. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

The boxed game collects nothing at all — it is chips, dice, cards and a rulebook.

The Kazinga app has no account and no sign-in. Your game state, settings and any name you enter are stored on your device and nowhere else. Nothing is sent to us, nothing is synchronized between devices, and we cannot read it. Deleting the app deletes it.

Kazinga is a family game played by children. That is exactly why there is no advertising, no third-party code, no chat, no leaderboard, and no way for anyone to be identified or contacted through the game.

These terms cover the Kazinga app and this website only. The boxed table game is governed by the rulebook in the box, not by this page.

The app is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it. Kazinga, the Kazinga logo, the Koin artwork, and the K&K FunTimes name and marks belong to K&K FunTimes, LLC.

The digital game and the table game differ on purpose. The app starts a round with a Koin flip rather than "youngest player first," because an app cannot know who is youngest and will never ask anyone's age. One game style is in the box only, and the app fixes colors that the table game leaves to the players.

Purchases of the boxed game from a retailer, and app purchases from the App Store or Google Play, are handled by that seller under its own terms, pricing, and returns policy. Retailer and store details: [VERIFY]

SynAPPsium does not ask who you are. There is no account, no email address, no sign-in, and no profile on any server of ours. We do not know how many people use it or which questions anyone finds hard, because the app was built so that information is never produced.

Stored on your device only: the display name you choose, the goals and tone you picked at setup, your progress and scores, your favorites, your settings, and simple dates and counts. The app can hold several profiles on one device so a household can share it without sharing a score. Every profile is local; none is an account.

Answer checking is the one thing that leaves the device. Nothing is sent while you type. When you ask for an answer to be checked, the question and what you wrote are sent to an artificial-intelligence grading service, which returns a judgement. Nothing that identifies you goes with it — not your chosen name, not an account or user identifier, not your history, and not your contact details.

Everything except answer-checking works with no connection at all. Because there is no cloud sync, you can export your data to a plain file and import it elsewhere yourself; we never see that file.

SynAPPsium is written for secondary-school learners and up. It has no advertising, no trackers, and no third-party analytics.

SynAPPsium is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study. The questions, answers, wording, and design are owned by K&K FunTimes, LLC and may not be copied, scraped, or resold.

Automated grading is not a person. It will occasionally mark a good answer wrong or a weak one right. SynAPPsium is a practice tool, not an examiner, and results are not a qualification or a substitute for teaching.

Because your work is stored only on your device, keeping it is your responsibility. Use the export if it matters to you — we hold no backup and cannot restore anything.

Expansion sets add subjects and questions. They never remove or gate something you could already do. App purchases and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms.

Tech Fall! does not ask who you are. There is no account, no email address, no sign-in, and no online player profile. We do not receive a record of who plays, who wins, or how many matches have been wrestled.

Information used during play stays on your device. That may include optional wrestler or team names, optional photos, corner and singlet colors, game settings, difficulty level, match results, team scores, statistics, and match history. Photos you select are used only to personalize the local game and are not uploaded to us.

Human vs Computer and Pass & Play both run locally. Single Match and ten-match Team Competition results are not sent to us. Tech Fall! has no chat, public profiles, leaderboards, advertising, trackers, or third-party analytics.

If the released app includes backup export and import, you may create a file and move it yourself. The file stays under your control; K&K FunTimes does not receive, host, or read it. Deleting the app or clearing its local data may permanently delete information that has not been exported.

Tech Fall! is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play. The rules, scoring, wording, artwork, and design are owned by K&K FunTimes, LLC and may not be copied, scraped, or resold.

Tech Fall! is a wrestling simulation. Its rules focus on folkstyle, including single matches and a ten-match team competition. Features may change before release.

The game uses simulated moves, referee calls, match timing, scoring, overtime, and team scoring for entertainment. It is not an official scoring device, coaching tool, safety guide, or substitute for a qualified referee. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any school, team, league, tournament, or wrestling governing body.

Results in Tech Fall! are fictional game results and do not represent an actual athlete, team, ranking, record, or sanctioned competition. You are responsible for having permission to use any name or photo you add on your device.

Because game data is stored only on your device, keeping it is your responsibility. We hold no backup and cannot restore it. Any future app purchases and refunds will be handled by the App Store or Google Play under that store's terms and live pricing.

No data collection. The Pet Files does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on K&K FunTimes servers. We do not operate a backend for this app. Every pet profile, case file entry, photo, and Care Card you create is stored locally on your own device only. There is no account, no email address, and no sign-in.

No network communication. The Pet Files makes no internet or network calls during normal use. It sends nothing to us, to analytics providers, or to any other third party. The app functions entirely offline.

Photos and camera access. If you use your device's camera or photo library within the app, those images are saved only in the app's local storage on your device. They are never uploaded, transmitted, or shared by the app.

Your own backups and cloud storage. The Pet Files lets you export your data to a file and import it back in. If you choose to save that file to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or any other cloud service, that transfer is handled by your device's operating system and your own cloud account — K&K FunTimes has no access to, and never receives a copy of, that file. The same applies to a Care Card you print, download, or share yourself.

In-app purchases. The Pet Files offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock additional features. That purchase is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. K&K FunTimes never receives, stores, or has access to your payment details — card number, billing address, or anything else — which are handled solely by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies.

No advertising or tracking. The Pet Files contains no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking software.

Children's privacy. Because The Pet Files does not collect personal information from any user, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Deleting your data. All data lives only on your device. You can erase it at any time using the app's own delete options or by uninstalling the app. K&K FunTimes holds no copy of your data to delete on your behalf, because none is ever sent to us. Deleting the app or clearing its local data may permanently remove records you have not exported.

The Pet Files is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial record keeping. The wording, artwork, Care Card layout, and design are owned by K&K FunTimes, LLC and may not be copied, scraped, or resold.

Not veterinary advice. The Pet Files is an organizer, not a veterinary tool. Immunization and treatment suggestions, species checklists, and breed notes are general prompts to help you keep records — they are not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment schedule, or a reminder system you should rely on for your pet's health. Always follow your veterinarian's guidance.

Free and full versions. The free version covers one pet and includes the profile, health records and immunizations, case file entries, and Care Card entry, editing, and printing. A single one-time purchase unlocks unlimited pets, the photo gallery, Care Card download and sharing, and custom background colors and textures. There is no subscription and no advertising. Features already available to you will not be taken away.

Purchases and restoring. Purchases, prices, refunds, and restoring a previous purchase are handled by the App Store or Google Play under that store's own terms and live pricing for your country. Prices are not listed on this site because they vary by store and currency.

Your records are your responsibility. Because everything is stored only on your device, keeping it is up to you. Use the export if it matters to you — we hold no backup and cannot restore anything. You are also responsible for having permission to use any name, photograph, contact detail, or other information you enter about other people, and for anything you choose to print, share, or send.

By using this website or any app, you agree to these terms. We may update this page; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use our games means the updated version applies.

Our sites and games are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, K&K FunTimes, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
