Privacy & Terms

We do not collect anything about you. There are no accounts, no logins, and no player database — so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing to delete, because no record of you exists anywhere.

There are no advertisements in our games or on this site, and there never will be. We do not use analytics, tag managers, pixels, cookies, or third-party software development kits. Your progress and settings live on your own device.

One thing leaves the device, in SynAPPsium only: the question you were asked and the answer you typed, sent to be graded, with nothing that identifies you attached. That is the whole list, and it is explained in full below.

This site has no forms, no search box, no newsletter signup, and no comment fields. It sets no cookies and loads nothing from anyone else's servers — the fonts and images are served from this site itself. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If you want to send a page to a friend, use the copy-link button. The link goes only where you paste it; we are not told about it.

Our host keeps ordinary server records needed to deliver the site securely. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

The boxed game collects nothing at all — it is chips, dice, cards and a rulebook.

The Kazinga app has no account and no sign-in. Your game state, settings and any name you enter are stored on your device and nowhere else. Nothing is sent to us, nothing is synchronized between devices, and we cannot read it. Deleting the app deletes it.

Kazinga is a family game played by children. That is exactly why there is no advertising, no third-party code, no chat, no leaderboard, and no way for anyone to be identified or contacted through the game.

These terms cover the Kazinga app and this website only. The boxed table game is governed by the rulebook in the box, not by this page.

The app is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it. Kazinga, the Kazinga logo, the Koin artwork, and the K&K FunTimes name and marks belong to K&K FunTimes, LLC.

The digital game and the table game differ on purpose. The app starts a round with a Koin flip rather than "youngest player first," because an app cannot know who is youngest and will never ask anyone's age. One game style is in the box only, and the app fixes colors that the table game leaves to the players.

Purchases of the boxed game from a retailer, and app purchases from the App Store or Google Play, are handled by that seller under its own terms, pricing, and returns policy. Retailer and store details: [VERIFY]

SynAPPsium does not ask who you are. There is no account, no email address, no sign-in, and no profile on any server of ours. We do not know how many people use it or which questions anyone finds hard, because the app was built so that information is never produced.

Stored on your device only: the display name you choose, the goals and tone you picked at setup, your progress and scores, your favorites, your settings, and simple dates and counts. The app can hold several profiles on one device so a household can share it without sharing a score. Every profile is local; none is an account.

Answer checking is the one thing that leaves the device. Nothing is sent while you type. When you ask for an answer to be checked, the question and what you wrote are sent to an artificial-intelligence grading service, which returns a judgement. Nothing that identifies you goes with it — not your chosen name, not an account or user identifier, not your history, and not your contact details.

Everything except answer-checking works with no connection at all. Because there is no cloud sync, you can export your data to a plain file and import it elsewhere yourself; we never see that file.

SynAPPsium is written for secondary-school learners and up. It has no advertising, no trackers, and no third-party analytics.

SynAPPsium is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study. The questions, answers, wording, and design are owned by K&K FunTimes, LLC and may not be copied, scraped, or resold.

Automated grading is not a person. It will occasionally mark a good answer wrong or a weak one right. SynAPPsium is a practice tool, not an examiner, and results are not a qualification or a substitute for teaching.

Because your work is stored only on your device, keeping it is your responsibility. Use the export if it matters to you — we hold no backup and cannot restore anything.

Expansion sets add subjects and questions. They never remove or gate something you could already do. App purchases and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms.

By using this website or either app, you agree to these terms. We may update this page; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use our games means the updated version applies.

Our sites and games are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, K&K FunTimes, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from their use. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
